These sheets and boards are made using polypropylene and polyethylene as the main raw materials and are foamed using our unique technology.

Happoto™
(Foam molded polypropylene (PP) sheet, expanded 1.3 times)
This is polypropylene foam sheet (expanded 1.3 times) with closed cell foam extrusion,and it is not cross-linked, it can be cycled.
It is lighter than non-foamed products (solid sheets), contributing to a reduction in the amount of resin and weight reduction during logistics.
It has excellent water resistance and non-hygroscopicity, and is more durable than paper products.
It also has excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance, impact resistance, hinge characteristics, punching workability, and suitability for sewing machine processing, and can be used repeatedly in a variety of applications.

This is polypropylene foam sheet (expanded 2 times) with closed cell foam extrusion.
It is expanding the demand as a better alternative to plywood, corrugated plastic and foam molded polyvinyl chloride sheets. It is highly rigid and resistant to impact, water, and chemicals. And it is light-weight and has excellent workability.
Applications
Better multi-purpose materials alternative to wood and high-grade plastics in a wide array of applications, including commodity distribution and manufacturing.

This is a 3x foamed sheet made by kneading conductive material into PAULOWNIA™ to give it conductivity.

(Foam molded polyethylene (PE) sheet, expanded 3 times)
This is polyethylene foam sheet (expanded 3 times) with closed cell foam extrusion.
Product features
1. Light weight : 2/3 the weight compared toPAULOWNIA™Super HD.
2. Oil resistance : Uses the same PE resin as PAULOWNIA™Super HD. Superior oil resistance than PP products.
3. Processability : Processability is improved by increasing the foaming ratio.Easy punching process.
4. Wear resistance : It has excellent wear resistance and generates little dust.
5. Closed cell : Closed cell structure prevents impurities (dust, dust) from entering inside.
